For honour and glory

Share my joy! yesterday was a blast, totally! the x that will be reflected on my grade's worth it too, so philyouth was the top band for division I followed by rpws (wooooooooohoo!) and then i couldn't remember who's in the third place because i was flying high, my apologies

despite the fact that "performing in the esplanade" has been struck off from the list, i'm very grateful because i've learnt and gained a lot through this competition they are definitely priceless. adding on, i've seen the ugly side of some conductors yesterday and i am very very blessed to have such nice and understanding conductors with so much patience like mister sim and captain yusri seriously, we take things for granted we always do but it's true, very very true

gloriosa is a very beautiful composition. as colin was saying when captain yusri told him that we will be performing the piece for the competiton, he vomited blood! he performed the same piece with philwinds in the world music contest held in holland in 2005 and he said it was bloody good, they managed to come in 5th and that really showed how good they're! he thought it was totally impossible for rpws, thanks, but we did it! colin's so proud of us! i remembered how we started out playing the piece a few months back it was so awfully horrendous! if you want to win the race, you must first complete it

now look on the bright side, at least we can have some time for play on s-a-t-u-r-d-a-y night! my conductor is awesome

anyway the results,

i think the marks given by the adjudicators are very pretty, okay anyway i was too tired so i gave school a miss today, the whole programme was delayed last evening thus the results were only released way after 10pm and i got home at midnight, i screamed quite a lot when the results were announced i almost lost my voice, everyone jumped for joy including mister conductor

today is beloved kcb's day, pop pop pop! goes my heart and never forgetting...
